- Up to 20% discount off the monthly service charge for wireless voice and data service

- 20% discount off accessories
- Online ordering and management of wireless devices through AT&T's Premier Corporate Portal, available participating WSCA agencies
- Access your bill quickly, manage cost centers, and run reports. Available at no charge to any account with more than 50 phones
Contract Period: October 10, 2006 - October 9, 2010
Who can order: All state, local, and municipal governments and agencies.

Contract - Texas DIR Cellular Voice and Data Access Services Contract
Contract #: TELE-06-27-03/TEXAN-CING-W
Description: This contract provides maximum geographic statewide coverage for wireless voice and/or data services and equipment to the State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (DIR). It provides related communication enabling devices such as hand held personal digital assistants (with or without telephone capability), hand held computers, PC cards, and hand held plug-in cards plus related software.
Contract Period: December 12, 2003 - August 31, 2007
Who Can Order: Any Texas State agency as defined in 2054.003, Texas Government Code (including institutions of higher education as defined in Texas Education Code, 61.003), state agencies purchasing through this contract by an Interagency Contract, as authorized by chapter 771, Texas Government Code, political subdivisions as defined in 2170.004 (4), Texas Government Code, and pre-qualified private institutions of higher education as authorized by Section 2170.004 (5), Texas Government Code.
